Hello! I’m Audrey
Are you tired of feeling Unhealthy and fatigued, bloated or stressed out? I was too! After experiencing my own health issues, and watching senior’s health decline in Retirement Homes for 15 years, as a Recreation Coordinator, I was inspired to further my education towards holistic living. Investigating Alternative Health options, I decided on Natural Nutrition. In 2013 I graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver. I learned that Your Food is Your Medicine, and that the Human Body is designed to Heal It Self, when in balance.
For over 3 years I worked in a large health food store, sharing my knowledge and listening to the needs of the people in my community, gaining a wealth of information. To my surprise, it was like working on the front lines of a huge untouched wave of unhealthy people. Searching for alternative solutions to their many health challenges and working to overcome their obstacles.
I discovered that this was my niche! I have a passion to help people renew their health and Vitality! I spent hours educating and consulting people from all walks of life, day after day, and year after year. Touched with happiness each time someone came in and shared their gratitude of overall wellness, renewed energy, improved sleeping and indigestion, no more bloating or constipation, weight loss, less pain, anxiety and depression, improved sex drive, and healthier food choices. You name it, I’ve heard it. My experience inspired me to pursue my dream, of opening up Holistic Health and Vitality. You will find Audrey’s Nutrition; at the Langley Holistic Wellness Center, above NY Grill & Bistro on Fraser Highway in Langley.
I am here for you! My goal is to educate you and empower you to make healthy food choices and to adopt wellness principles that will improve your overall quality of life. With a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, I will Identify your potential deficiencies, and imbalances in your body, improving your health and vitality. My role is supportive; it’s not just about food.
